Tofu Bánh mì Sandwich.
Bánh mì is a my favoriteee sandwich. And like most dishes, I prefer the vegetarian alternative with this one. I think I may make a point to gather all the ingredients for this today. Of course, this is not a Tim-friendly meal. The current deal is that I have to read Batman in order to make him eat sushi, so I can only imagine what other comics I’ll have to read to have him try indian, thai, and Vietnamese food. Tofu is always going to be a no-go for him though.

Chicken Parmigiana
ok. chicken parm isn’t fancy at all. But this looks like something I can definitely handle. I’m cooking for my boyfriend next week. He can be a bit picky, but I think this would go over well. (one of these days I’ll make him try sushi & Indian food…)
